Nunuchi has finished recording their first EP, and is in the mixing/mastering stage. It will be released in April of 2012. In the meantime, we do have two recorded tracks of covers. The tracks are recordings of DJ's remixes of popular songs.

Bob Marley - Sun is Shining (Fatboy Slim Remix)

Adele - Rolling in the Deep (Bondo Dubstep Remix)

Nunuchi is a Toronto based, seven piece live electronic band guarunteed to get your bodies moving. Having met in college for their degrees in music performance, these musicians are well trained and experienced, with some members sharing the stage with the likes of Zeds Dead, Daddy Yankee, Jakalope, Ill Scarlett and Die Mannequin. With seven of Torontos most talented young artists, Nunuchi always delivers an unforgettable performance with melodies and groove that you’ll want to go home with. These musicians deliver some of the phattest, dirtiest tones that DJ’s only dream of creating. Their groove is impecable and their sound is explosive. Prepare your “bass face” and dancing shoes, because you will be wearing them all night from the first drop to their encore.

Nunu’s original music is just that, completely authentic. Taking influences from Dubstep, Dance, Breakbeat, and Rock, the sound is their own. Their melodies and lyrics are whimsical, and playful, and always set the dancing mood when paired with there relentless groove, and heavy bass. The closest comparison that can be made to describe their music would be a mixture of Little Dragon, Noisia, Deamau5, and Flux Pavillion. Until the release of their first EP, in the first half of 2012, you will have to catch Nunuchi’s act live at one of their next shows in and around Toronto, where you will get to experience their relentless groove, heavy bass, phat synths, and breath-taking vocals in person.
