Simeon is a musical man of many dimensions. He comes from a background of gospel, jazz, funk, and soul.

As a jazz musician, Simeon is best known as a trumpeter and uses his instruments in a unique way that crosses all musical genres.

He watched and listened to his father play and produce soulful funk as he became intrinsically a part of the groovy '70's. As a child he learned to play keyboards from a monarch of decisive words and musical foundation; his grandmother...

Simeon's musical beginnings includes performing his first 'big' gig at his home church as a hip hop artist. His voice is one of spoken words as well as melodic sounds singing a few lines on hip hop tracks of his band The Primeridian and sharing his voice on stage surprising the audience with a flare of his musical genius from within.

Simeon has expanded his musical 'gifting' to the art of producing various talents from soul to Hip Hop including upcoming House and jazz artists.

Simeon has performed in countries as Germany and France and has shared his music with audience in Zambia, Southern Africa.

He has performed with Chicago's JUBA Collective-Jazz Ensemble, and The Pharcyde.
As a group member of the Chicago Hip Hop group, The Primeridian; Simeon has performed with Common Sense, Erykah Badu, Run DMC, Rakim, Talib Kweli, and others.

As a teacher Simeon has worked with students from primary to secondary grades sharing his musical genius with minors as he maintains a solid mentor relationship with each.
