Ocho Macho

Ocho Macho was founded in 2003 as a party-band, performing well-known latin and mainstream hits at weddings and school parties. After many several feedbacks, they started to invest in themselves money and time, so to improve their musical skills and write own songs. They created an own style as a combination of Bob Marley and Manu Chao, but putting to it the undescribable Hungarian unique taste full of heart and enthusiasm which you can feel, wherever you see them playin live.
In 2009 they were signed to CLS Music the key indie label in Hungary, and their first album was released in August 2009. By 2010 August this album has reached the number 3. spot on the local album sales chart through sales only at concerts. The band has toured all over Hungary, all key festivals, and used to play in Austria as well on festivals like Picture On or Wiesen Soundsplash (I!!!) or in Wien Ostklub. Their single Pancho debuted at no.1 spot on the local single sales chart in the summer of 2010....and more to come.
