Odyssey

Odyssey is a Montréal-based, three-piece band who have been working together for 3 years now, but have just recently began writing and producing their own music. Their combination of rock, modern rock, pop and blues create some amazingly catchy tunes, guaranteed to rest in your head for quite a while. It’s hard to believe that such a young, three-person band can sound so full, powerful and talented. The lyrics on the album, (Deciding Destiny, 6-song demo) were written by Roberto Linhares and the music is a combination of work done by all three Odyssey members. The appealing guitar, keyboards and bass work, along with the pounding drum sounds are guaranteed to deliver the shivers down your spine. “The best part about having a family band (Phil and Danny are brothers, and Rob is a cousin) is the fact that we grew up together, living in the same neighborhood and listening to the same influential rock and pop music (as well as Portuguese-style music). With music as our passion and hobby, we have always been so fascinated in playing, producing and writing it.” After long recording sessions, and the endless need for perfection, the time has come for Odyssey to release its musical talent to the world!
