Of Hatred

Of Hatred started with guitarist/vocalist, Jordan Miller, and drummer/vocalist, Andrew Cross, in 2003 as a cover project known as Natural Born Chaos. After collaborating with many different musicians, they encountered and recruited guitarist, Joe Dunn in January of 2005 from Entropy and guitarist/bassist, Josh Van Ess in April of 2005 from Ill Repute. These members formed Of Hatred and started writing their own songs to suit their tastes. In September of 2006, they released their first CD, containing 4 songs; Skitzo Savior, Apprehension Before The Onslaught, title song Of Hatred, and Last Survivor.

Of Hatred was born from the hatred of others towards the metal genre. Daily, members of this band talk about music to people and hear others talking about how senseless they think metal is. The members of Of Hatred have a different point of view. They believe metal has meaning. Its purpose is to bring raw, tribal, energy together with music technique for a good time, and bring good music to a crowd. They believe that metal can not only create positive energy, but it can help those in distress find release through even the darkest times. After all, there can't be a good without an evil.
