His versatile sound and dynamic personality have granted him the unique experience of much success at a young age. Growing up in a home of music, his parents nourished and supported his dreams. He credits a great deal of his success to the music and long standing friendship with his group �The Show�. This award winning group, who performed under various names since 1996, released their first single in their teens and have performed across Canada with the likes of Foxy Brown, 98 Degrees, Usher, Ginuwine, and Canada�s well known talents such as Kardinall Offishall, Shawn Desman & Massari. Along with a Juno Nomination, Canadian Urban Music Award, Placing Top 16 the Canadian Idol competition (2008), co writing with local and international artists, 3 compilations and a self released album entitled �Debt, Sweat and Tears� (The Show), Omar �s distinctively unique crooning and vocal arranging abilities have garnered him as a voice of choice for collaborations.
