Bio

Lee Miles is seeing stars on a daily basis. Stars like Rise Against, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, Puddle of Mudd, and Tickle Me Pink. That’s because the Hollywood-based musician, producer and engineer has worked with many of today’s hottest modern rock acts, and actually discovered up-and-coming Colorado quartet Tickle Me Pink.
Now, the singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist used to writing and recording hits for others finally has his own band, a five-piece from Los Angeles known as Oh My Stars. The band is made up of Miles (keys, vocals), Davey Duke (guitar, vocals), Josh Debney (guitar), Mike Roberts (bass), and Aaron Prather (drums). Each member is a highly-skilled and experienced musician in his own right. Together, they are an unstoppable force of power pop-rock.
Oh My Stars’ first release, the single “Bloody November,” has recently been added to rotation at KTCL in Denver, the same station which broke The Flobots and 3Oh3! The band has been generating lots of buzz lately, perhaps due in part to guitarist Duke’s former profession as a beekeeper. The single is available now on iTunes and other digital retailers through the Bleemusic imprint. A five-song EP has also been recorded, but no release date set.
