Oh! Vanquished Foe started as random past time for four bored boys living in San Diego CA. What cause this great musical prodigy to erupt? Well, there once were two kids named Tobi and Toye Peters who told their friends, named Cody and Collin Jung, that they wanted to jam. So they did. The sounds they made were so bodacious that they decided to write and play more. Later, in order to create an even more sizzling sound, they added pro guitarist Paul Harlan to their valiant effort to make the most spectacular beats ever.
Ever since then the band, has been creating heavenly melodies to melt your faces. One thing that they all realize is that their musical abilities were adorned to them by their Heavenly Father who wants them to use their gifts to glorify His name. The band plans to glorify His Name until arthritis stops them.
Oh! Vanquished Foe has many influences, main ones being of course God our Father, books of the Bible, family, friends, and bands such as "August Burns Red", "The Devil Wears Prada", "Killswitch Engage", "In Flames", and "Underoath". The band has meshed every good thing about each one of those bands to create one universal group. All of these elements combined have created Oh! Vanquished Foe's beautifully unique sound.
