Oklahoma Stomp is an all male western swing and country music band comprised of six remarkably talented musicians, ages 13 to 21, who perform everything from Bob Wills to Garth Brooks. The feel good sound of Texas style swing is complemented by our multiple state championship earning twin fiddles.

Biography

Bursting onto the music scene with their style of “feel good” music is the unique western swing sound of “Oklahoma Stomp.” Taking their first steps in the church of western swing music at the Cain’s Ballroom in Tulsa, Oklahoma, it is only fitting that these six talented young men follow in the footsteps of the great Bob Wills and the magic of Texas style swing.

Oklahoma Stomp was conceived as a tribute to Bob Wills and The Texas Playboys however it was apparent from their first performance that this band had a new chapter to add to the western swing heritage. Their musical talents have landed them performances at The Kennedy Center in Washington D. C. and as opening act for the Oak Ridge Boys, Asleep at the Wheel and John Conlee. They have been honored to perform the past several years at the Annual Bob Will's Birthday Bash held at the legendary Cain's Ballroom in Tulsa, Oklahoma in a line up that includes members of the original Texas Playboys.

Oklahoma Stomp perpetuates western swing music through a variety of musical genres. The band’s musicianship is a reflection beyond their years and will impress even the staunchest of critics.
