Carry Me

Written By: Olivia Hand

There's a trace of light
We follow through the night
And it leads us to the edge of time
It melts away
Familiar shades of gray
And life takes on a new disguise

Carry me, carry me away
While there's still something left
to save...

The one-track train
Rushes past again
With tea and cigarettes aboard
Stand aside
From the easy ride
I'm sure we'll never want for more

Carry me, carry me away
While there's still something left
to save...

Strange lullabies
From the other side
And the smell of fire
Fills the air
We'll cross the line
For the last time
Bear feet with feathers in our hair

And we'll never look behind again
