Bio

Omar La’Teef
Biography

The West Coast is in dire need of a new talent to re-hoist the flag of hip hop dominance. Omar La'Teef is just the man for the job. He is a breath of fresh air. He will focus the attention of the music industry on South Central.

Omar La’Teef has been a member of ASCAP since 2001. His style is straight forward and honest. His lyrics are loaded with clever but easy to understand metaphors. His presence on the mic is strong and concise. He also provides enough real world sensibilities for those who like "swaggerific" flows. His street mentality never spirals out of control. His focus is quite clear. Hip hop for the streets.

Omar La’Teef found an interest in hip hop when he was 12 years old.

"I saw LL Cool J in the movie Krush Groove and wanted to do the same thing. I want the streets to feel me, the ladies to bounce to it, and the clubs to bang my music.”
