ONE-T

Alabamian born and raised pop star, One-T is putting the fun back into American music.  His stage name derived from the uncommon spelling of his given name, “Scot” (with one T) White.  This pop performer not only delivers vocally to his audience, his high energy and charisma never fails to entertain the crowd.  His signature slogan is, “What up Mayne.” Unlike most music coming through the air waves, One- T’s lyrics are appropriate for all ages, often referring to his stanzas as a “kids bop flow,” because he doesn’t use any profanity or derogative language. His style was developed by some of his favorite artists such as Kid and Play, Will Smith, and LMFAO. He believes his music is most comparable to Flo-Rida, who he hopes to collaborate with one day.
Scot wasn’t always skillful in music, in fact, many would agree that he was musically challenged, until one day he found his niche while in the studio with his best friend and super producer, B-Trax. After completing his junior year of college, he found the motivation as well as the inspiration from his best friend to become an artist.  One- T is very animated and comedic. Possessing a spirit of humility, many would be surprised to know that this young man is somewhat shy and even found himself homeless, living in his car for an entire month. From being homeless and watching his favorite aunt battle cancer with such a positive essence, One- T wants his music to convey a message that says enjoy life, take nothing for granted, and don’t take everything so serious.
