Oneness

Oneness was founded in 1996 under the name, 4PH (Four Part Harmony). The name was changed to Oneness to describe the unity amongst the group and the harmonious blend of the members of the group. 
The group has performed in many venues over the years and has received many accolades and rave reviews for their performances. 
Their sound is mostly contemporary gospel with an urban flair with a hint of quartet. Their gospel influences are Fred Hammond, Marvin Sapp, Commissioned, The Winans, Canton Spirituals, Slim and the Supreme Angels, Kirk Franklin, and Men of Standard. There were some R&B influences such as Earth, Wind, & Fire, Mint Condition, Parliament/Funkadelic, Prince, and Stevie Wonder.
There are five members of the band: Robert Pickett (lead, background, writer), Martin Ross (background, writer, keyboard), Brian Spann (lead, background, drums), Keith Thompson (lead, background), Steve "E.t.r.n.l." Baron (lead, background, writer).
Over the last couple of decades, the group has matured and their sound has matured. They have recently been signed with an independent record label. Thei are in the midst of recording their first album. Keep your eyes and ears open for this group. They will become a household name.
