“ONE STEP CLOSER” . . .
Is an all original alternative rock band from Oxford, PA and have been together for 3 years. The band originated after Guitarist, Steve Lombardi and Drummer, Nick Lombardi decided to create a new band with a new sound. They decided to do something completely different with Nick switching over to Bass and bringing in a good friend and excellent drummer, Tyler Kilby, this created a strong bottom end for the band. Needing a good front man – they contacted their friend, Scott French, who has sung for various local bands. While jamming with Scott, they knew right away he was exactly what they were looking for. The band recently recorded their 10 Track debut CD “Out of Your Element” at Milkboy Studios.

One Step Closer has performed at the Chameleon Club, The Trocadero Theatre, Grape Street, Media Music Theatre, Talent Shows, Battle of Bands, Numerous Event Performances from the Chester County Area, a Benefit Concert for the American Cancer Society, The Colin Fitzpatrick Fundraiser with WMMR, and Concerts 4 Cancer. They have co-hosted the “Hometown Heroes Show” with Mark Rogers on 93.7 WSTW. A Commentary on Steve Lombardi has been printed in the “Oxford Tribune” regarding the Benefit Concert. Nick Lombardi is featured on Warwick Rock Bass at www.warwickrockbass.com.
