Opera Suicide is avant-garde operatic electrosynth... Opera Suicide is the exact opposite of most independent music today. Most independent music today features untrained singers and distorted vocals with clean production - we feature grimy production with the crystal clear operatic vocals. This is unique, unusual, and is best experienced LIVE.
Opera Suicide sings about freedom of expression, fluid sexuality, self-actualization and high/low art. Opera Suicide doesn't care what you think about that.
We play at underground after-hours clubs in ridiculous clothing. We'll tell you to stop smoking cigarettes near the stage because it hurts our voice.
We are influenced by Klaus Nomi, Lene Lovich, Malaria!, and Suicide. We sound like these artists coupled in orgiastic bliss.
