Bio
Operation Standby is an americana band from Oklahoma City. Fronted by Todd Loftin, Operation Standby has a Neil Young meets modern indie sound. Rhythm guitar is handled by Lee McWaters, whose style is very British sounding. Bassist turned drummer, John Reynolds, fills the pocket with a less is more approach to drumming. Though rooted in classic rock bands like Tom Petty, Operation Standby retains the classic rock sound with a little more modern character.
