Orange the Juice are a Polish band repeatedly awarded at music contests in Poland, mainly due to the originality of their sound and their eclectic approach to composition.

Biography

Orange the Juice are a Polish band repeatedly awarded at music contests in Poland, mainly due to the originality of their sound and their eclectic approach to composition.

The band’s debut album “You name it” was released by the Polish label ARS MUNDI in 2008, and was rated the best album in the “Best Breakthrough artist of the Year” category by one of the world’s biggest independent music services, the american 411mania.com.

Orange the Juice have been invited to support Young gods in Warsaw and have performed at the Hungarian SZIGET festival, one of Europe’s biggest music fiestas. together with a few other eastern european acts, Orange the Juice represented Poland in Linz, austria, while the city was holding the title of the european capital of culture in 2009. the band have also performed at the 21st ZAPPANALE in Bad Doberan, Germany, where the group’s reception by like-minded, Zappa-loving music connoisseurs was enthusiastic.


On 26th august, 2011 “romanian Beach” - the first-ever EP by Orange the Juice – was released, which thanks to the support by the band’s hometown of Stalowa Wola
is available in the form of a free CD.


Orange the Juice are currently finished their second album “the Messiah is Back”.


“The Messiah is Back” has been mixed and mastered by Piotr “Falko” rychlec, known for having worked with numerous famous Polish acts. the album’s artwork has been created by Gdańsk, Poland-based “TOFU Studio”, which also made the artwork for Orange the Juice’s
debut album “You name it”.
