“Orbita” is DJ Jova NNe (alias “Cevichero Vakam”) ,Mangu 4 (Dominican Republic) & Dr Mazorca (Jose Manzano) in accordion, guitar & vocals (Colombia) from Jersey City, NJ that plays Latin Pop Rock mixed with reggae, ska, punk,electronica, funk, tropical,dance hall, ect with influences from groups like: Sublime, Rabanes,Ozomatli, Fabulosos Cadillacs, Cafe Tacuba, Manu Chao, Pericos, Santana, ect. Orbita" has been very active since 2002 playing live shows in clubs, bars, universities, private parties, ect in the area of NJ & NYC with a very good feedback from the audience. At this moment, “Orbita” is recording their new CD: “Masca chicle y no hagas bomba” (coming out in 2010) Check their upcoming shows in a town near you!!
