BandRockFunk

The Organ Donors combine funk, jazz, and rock n' roll to create a high-energy instrumental sound.

Biography

Organ Donors, a high-energy instrumental funk/rock/jazz group, hails from Saint Paul, MN. The trio blends an entourage of classical, jazz, and electronic keys, coupled with funky melodic bass and breakneck beats to satisfy your soul. Rupturing onto the Twin Cities music scene in 2005, the trio is known for their wired, white-knuckled live shows. The band's infectious sound is progressive, yet non-abrasive, and jammy with a twist of mint. From the very beginning, the ODs hypnotized audiences in Minnesota and Wisconsin, opening for The Hopefuls, Heiruspecs, and The Breakfast, and performing at Summerfest 2006 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. They have also just been accepted into the Cosmic Break Tour for the 10,000 Lakes Festival.

Set List

Our set list is all original. We can play anywhere between 45 minutes and 3 hours, if needed. Our songs are structured in a way that allows us to either keep them nice and neat or expand them to jam-band proportions.
Our songs are written with performance in mind; with fresh set lists and improvisation, no two shows are ever the same.
