Bio
Ori Vidislavski has been composing music for the theatre, films and dance for over 20 years. Born and raised in Israel. His father came from a well-knowen religious family and his mother- from a Kibutz. Through-out his childhood Ori Vidislavski had absorbed the influences of Jewish prayers, pioneer songs and clasical music. As he grew-up, he became awer of oriental music and was drawn to it.
Over the years, he had composed and prodused music for over 120 plays, 20 dance choreographies- some of which are full-length preformanses based entirely on his music, six features, Themes for t.v. showes, commerchials and special events. The song “Winter of '73”, composed by Vidislavski, was recently chosen as one of the five most influencing songs on Israeli colture.
