Singer songwriter Orlando Salinas is a true to Texas talent. Born in Corpus Christi, Orlando has been highly recognized for his melodic compositions, his powerful voice and his captivating stage presence. Winner of Billboard songwriter awards, Orlando has also been recognized by ASCAP through showcases and the ASCAP Plus program. His success as an unsigned artist has been remarkable with his work receiving radio airplay in major markets, internet radio, television and various web sites.
His catalogue of original songs is transcending through several genres while maintaining his identity and style. Orlando's influences are many and though his main dedication has been Latin pop and rock, he has the ability to crossover to English with great success. Orlando has performed at major venues and shared the stage with international recording artists. His focus is to complete his first full length album for release in early 2005.
