Otto Gumaelius leads an energetic world-music marimba band playing lively music from the southern part of Africa. The band is based in London and performs a colourful combination of original material as well as folk music - with traditional covers from Botswana, South Africa and Zimbabwe. The band's performances incorporate marimba, mbira, drumming, dance and singing.
