Out of Spite is a 6-member post-punk band formed in 2018 from Sarasota, FL. Members include Joe Morningstar on drums and bass, Daniel Cross on vocals, Nick Sabattini on lead guitar, Luis Gilaer on guitar and vocals, TJ Collins on vocals and guitar, and Deven Johnson on trumpet. Out of Spite members found each other while playing in other bands.
Influenced by Blink 182, Green Day, the Temptations, and more, Out of Spite offers a unique sound unlike any genre heard before. Vocalist Daniel defines their music as "experimental," emphasizing the importance of self-acceptance.
