Still working on that hot first release.

Its been a long time coming for Outlaw also known as the Blok Hugger Boss, growing up and being the oldest of 4 siblings, the self proclaimed Blok Hugger Boss spent most of his time helping his mother around the house. Being 10 years older than his siblings with no father around he would take on a big role and become more of a father figure type for his younger brothers and sister. Growing up in West Philly and bouncing around from his Mothers to his Grandmothers house Outlaw always had a love for music more like an obsession as he would say, he could listen to music for hours non stop and be happy. Influenced by legends like Jay-Z, Tupac, Biggie, Jadakiss, and Fabolous, as he worked on his own craft people would say he sounded like a mixture of them all. Never taking it serious Outlaw countined to write raps and create songs just to hear himself and let his friends and family hear him. As he became older he began to fraternize with the streets seeing a financial void, hustling here and there quickly turned into a everyday thing which eventually would lead to Outlaw getting the name Blok Hugger Boss.
As time passed and O got older he started to take his music a lil bit more serious which led to him leaving Philly and moving to Atlanta in 2005 to persue his dreams. After landing a sitdown meeting with head of A&R at Grand Hustle Jason Geter he was told that his music was good but he needed a bigger buzz. Not discouraged he coutinued to make music and chase his goals, not long after moving to Atlanta the Blok Hugger Boss got into a legal situation and ended up doing a few months in Dekalb County Jail upon his release he decided to move back to philly to get his buzz up in his city as Jason told him. After moving back to Philly Outlaw made a tremendous amount of music in anticipation of his first solo release only to have his house robbed and with that, the hard drive with all of his music. Devastated to say the least this forced Outlaw to stop rapping, after getting into another legal sitiuation and doin some time on State Road the Blok Hugger Boss decided to leave the streets alone and persue music again. After 5 years of not rapping and reconnecting with his childhood friend Kingpen Statis he released his first solo project Cook Up Music Vol.1, continuing on his path he released Cook up Vol 2 which featured his debut video No Bugatti which has been viewed over 100,000 times through Youtube, HHS1987, and other blogs and websites. After doing shows across the city of Philadelphia Outlaw looks to continue to make music with a new Mixtape on the way and working on his debut Untitled Album, you can look forward to seeing the Blok Hugger Boss and his protege Kingpen Statis more in the future.
