Discography

We've released two independent records since our creation.
1. Self titled debut "Out & Out Pleasure"
2. "Impending Crown"

We are currently working on our upcoming 3rd (and best) release. We should have it mastered and ready for duplication by early 2007.

Bio

Sharing 3/4 of the same bloodline, Out & Out Pleasure formed as a diverse alternative rock band whose roots stem from the local Detroit scene. Founding members, cousins and native Detroiters, Jeff Dittenber and Jamin Smith started the band a few years back as a studio project with no major plans ahead. Realizing that they had some serious songwriting chemistry, they cut their ties with all other projects and put their full energy into
Out & Out Pleasure. Soon thereafter, adding drummer Bryan Arnold and bassist/fellow cousin Dave Gilroy, the completed band took their music to the stage.

Out & Out Pleasure has been playing around metro Detroit for a few years now and getting a great response, never leaving any venue disappointed. Some of the places they frequently play at include Small’s, Paychecks, Rubber Soul Records, Blue Note Café, and numerous other local joints.

Our writing and playing inspiration comes from a wide array of artists. Of course, you can't be a rock band today without giving some credit to the classics like the Beatles, Zepplin, and Hendrix, but there are so many others. Some of our more modern influences include Radiohead, Fugazi, Ween, Beck, Elliot Smith, and anything that Mike Patton touches.

Jeff, now a professional recording engineer at the national music house, Yessian Music, has established numerous relationships in the music business and worked with a range of artists from D12 to Bob Seger. Having been surrounded by so much musical talent, Out & Out Pleasure is more inspired than ever and are continually writing, recording, playing, and gigging.

Enough of this jib jab. Let the music tell you something.
