Born on December 30, 1988 and raised in Elmont, New York, Peter Phileston found his love and passion for music at a very early stage in his life. A significant contribution to his passion for music was his older sister. She would play various artists around the house which influenced his infatuation with music. In elementary school Peter auditioned for the school play “The Wizard of Oz”, in which he landed the role of the scarecrow. In this performance, he sang a song by Aaliyah. His chilling performance blew the audience away and also earned him a spot on his school’s choir. Throughout his adolescent years, Peter sang & rapped at open mic’s and weddings to promote his talents. One memorable moment was auditioning for the twelfth grade talent show. Peter and three of his friends agreed to sing “In the Still of The Night”, by Boyz II Men. After nights of tiresome practicing and critical criticism, they delivered a notable performance.

Peter's abilities went well beyond singing. After realizing that his talents were superb, Peter went on to writing his first song entitled "Never" at the age of eighteen. Peter mostly expresses himself in his music through genres like Rap and R&B, but has made it clear that he is eager to tap into other genres.

Due to a lack of income, Peter would exchange music for studio time, even if it meant sleeping in studios for days. After a couple of years of writing he decided to save up and build an in home studio. This allowed him to self-educate himself on recording and perfecting his craft at his own pace.

In 2012 Peter created KellaFella, LLC and included his now label mates CdaDon & Deyo. Since then, Peter has put out cover videos via Instagram (@kellafellaent), Facebook (P. Phileston), and Youtube. Peter is currently working on his first original project.
