Bio
Jody and Latoya (Paperfin) met in late summer ‘98. Within a week of meeting, they discovered a mutual love of various singer / songwriters ranging from Rufus Wainwright, PJ Harvey and Ani Difranco to the old school legends of Patti Smith, Joni Mitchell and Neil Young. They jammed, and recognised an immediate affiliation, which to this day has never waned. So that was how Paperfin met. From those heady, carefree late teenage years to the present day, they have matured and developed, working with a number of musicians and producers to reach a point where the Paperfin sound has been perfected. They have recently added Liam Macmanus (Percussion), Katy Dent (Violin) and Ezme Gaze (Cello). At present they busy selecting the songs for their forthcoming EP and Album, which will be produced by a Top Named Producer.
