Paper Nolassnaym (Bio.)

Paper Nolassnaym, a southern lyricist, was born and raised in the iconic city of Birmingham Alabama. Nolassnaym spends most of his time locked inside his recording studio located right off Highway 78. Son of a local R&B legend, his musical background is indebted to his father. Nolassnaym, known for his urbanely fancy style and elusive word play, this young emcee will definitely leave a mark on the Hip Hop genre. Growing up, Nolassnaym’s ear for music was soulfully diversified with his mother playing Billie Holiday and Miles Davis; and his father listening to Al Green, Otis Redding, and Sam Cooke. With his older brothers blasting UGK, Outkast, and No Limit records through the subwoofers of their magnetic old school cars, his love for music was as sure as “grape koolaid”. Nolassnaym quickly developed a love for soulful classics and southern Hip Hop.

In 2012, Nolassnaym along with childhood friend (Trigga Trigg) released a soon to be classic mixtape entitled “9Teen6T9”, hosted by DJ New Era and displayed on the profound Livemixtapes.com. The two talented emcees quickly built anticipation for another project.

Taking time off to study his craft in the company of producers Luke Crowder and Brandon Banner, and engineer/electronic hip hop artist Mason “lilmase” Tanner, Nolassnaym conducted a solo extended EP in March of 2013 entitled “LOOT” greed x vices, hosted by TrapsnTrunks.com. With songs like Judo Chop and False Claimin quickly growing, Nolassnaym continues to work his talents by simultaneously working on upcoming projects with his team #AKG and anticipating The Big Break.
