Biography

Writer, director, composer and musician: Pappie J. Ozmand. Pappie J. Ozmand (Pappie with an I E, Ozmand with a Z) was born and raised in London, Ontario, Canada but always on the road to somewhere new. After initiating, writing, arranging and fronting various incarnations of London band ‘Dorothy in Red’ he came into his own as a true performer and writer noted for the electricity in his energy on stage and in his sound. Since those days he has become a real entrepreneur, writing, arranging, recording and performing original material compared with the likes of Cab Calloway, Prince, Amy Winehouse, Ray Charles, and Parliament Funkadelic.

In 2009, Ozmand, directed and choreographed an original musical (written and composed by Ozmand) for the London Fringe Festival 09 with a cast and crew of 16 with great success.

On the edge of seventeen, Pappie plans on getting through to the public before you can say Ozmand.

Set List

The set normally consists of all originals with a sexy bluesy version of 'You Can Leave Your Hat On' thrown into the mix.
