Bio

From opening for national acts to playing large music festivals, Paradigum has been pounding the pavement since 2002. The band members were brought together through loose friendships. That soon enough became a bond closer to family. That bond shines through in the music. The diverse range of music can also be attributed to the diverse influences the band draws from. Counted among their influences are anything from Incubus to Deftones, Local H to From Autumn to Ashes, or even The Used to gospel groups. All of this shines through with a fire of passion for all kinds of music. Paradigum is out to spread a positive message in a genre full of anger. This is a welcomed breath of fresh air.

After establishing themselves in Southern Indiana, the band received opportunities to open for national acts. Paradigum has opened up for the Grammy nominated Mastodon (Relapse Records), Rune (Relapse Records), Jucifer (Velocette Records), Sidewalk Slam (Tooth and Nail Records), Egypt Central (Bieler Bros. Records), Spoken (Tooth and Nail Records), Black Stone Cherry (Roadrunner Records), Days of the New, Saving Abel, and Five Finger Death Punch. The band has also played a string of summer music festivals, most notably, The Thirsty Melon Music Tour and the Evansville Freedom Festival 2007.

After a couple line-up changes and minor midwest tours the band is the most solid it has ever been. The music has never been more pure. The band is currently assaulting the world with their newest songs which will be recorded in the Spring of 2009. The band is playing anywhere and everywhere spreading new music that, coupled with their energetic live show, is guaranteed to turn heads.
