Partenza is fronted by long-time friends Jeremy Gibson and Brice Gramm. Originally from Niceville, Florida, they now base the project in Orlando. Partenza is fronted by long-time friends Jeremy Gibson and Brice Gramm. Originally from the city by the Gulf of Mexico known as Niceville, Florida, Gramm now lives in Orlando while Jeremy still resides in their hometown. They have each been writing, recording, and performing music for over a decade. Partenza is only the most recent collaboration of these two talented young men. Gibson also heads The Jeremy Gibson Band, which has released two full-length worship albums, while Gramm was the leader of The Parable of Tares, a heavy rock/alternative band that self-released numerous recordings via digital downloads.

With Partenza and their other endeavors, Gramm and Gibson have a combined catalogue of hundreds of live shows including local music and arts festivals, weekly church performances, Niceville’s “Boggy Bayou Mullet
Festival,” and Central Florida’s Cornerstone Music Festival. Most recently, Partenza won second place in The Social's (Orlando, FL venue) First Annual Battle of the Bands.

Partenza is an Italian word meaning “departure.” It represents the constant departures people make in life into new phases, new jobs, new cities, and eventually the hereafter. For Gramm and Gibson, it starts as a
departure into a new era and the start of a new project: their latest musical venture.

The band has a variety of admirable influences including Simon and Garfunkel, Billy Joel, Damien Rice, Coldplay, Radiohead, Jeff Buckley, and Ray LaMontagne.

Partenza is planning to release their debut full-length album, tentatively titled "Red Handed" within the year. Negotiations are underway with a producer in Nashville to professionally record the album, which will boast all original songs including such fan favorites as “Even Ever So” and “Blindside.”
