Pastor Will is the epitome of the phrase "success is a journey not a destination. Growing up in a “Christian Family" My Parents taught us the importance of receiving Christ at an early age.and we were a musical family. Some of my early influences were Rev.Rance Allen,The Winans,Commissioned as well as my Dad. (Pastor William Hagans, Sr). Will has been writing, arranging, and singing Music since age 10. He has formed and organized various group throughout his music career.

Pastor Will has a solid resume of music, having been blessed to have shared the stage and studio with the likes of Hezekiah Walker, Ben Tankard, Tim Bowman, Angie & Debbie Winans, J Moss, CC Winans, Bootsy Collins and many others. He has lent his voice to various others projects including NIKE Commercials, XBOX Games, PlayStation Games, also in Soap Operas (One Life to Live, All My Children, Passions) and film.”Grandmas Hands” He has added to his career resume Theatrical Plays..Feature in The Stage Play "Kitchen Committee" 2011

Amidst all the success, He spent years living life as a defeated Christian. The effects of failure, foreclosure, low self-esteem, among other things ruled his life until 2006, when he discovered a whole other world outside the four corners of his own mind. Little did he know that he was on a collision course with the power of God. For even in our weakness, God is strong. Strong enough to set him on an amazing path that would through the test of time; lead Pastor Will back right into the arms of Christ and into a powerful, music ministry.

In 2008, Will began receiving invitations to sing at local area churches, conferences festivals and various events. Today, as a Pastor, recording artist, producer, writer ,entrepreneur and inspirational speaker he is a regular on various Christian television programs and travels all over in concert ministry. Healing hearts through his compassionate speaking, restoring joy with his songs of faith and exhorting Christians to live passionately for God. In 2009, Pastor Will Hagans Jr and his dynamic backing group "1STLUV" were blessed to have released the project "Next Dimension of Praise. Vol.One" which has received much success and local acclaim. The new project is filled with tracks that will take the listener on a melodic paradise!
