Pat Adams

Started in Key West Florida as all-state Jr. High Band drummer (2nd chair).

Played drums and bluegrass banjo in the 70s in Los Angeles for the band, "McKenzie."

Founded Smokey Road Band in Honolulu in 1977.

Gene Clark, formerly of the Byrds, joined my band in 1980.

Concurrently, I was a violinist for Maui Symphony and the tympanist for Valley Isle Symphony 1993-1997.

Music Degree (guitar) from University of Hawaii in 1999.

Recorded my first CD, "Standing Innovation" in 2000.

Street musician Waikiki Beach 2001-2007 (bluegrass banjo, fiddle, Brazilian guitar)

Posted "Vintage Flamenco' on YouTube in 2007 as a five-finger right hand instruction demo.

Performed weekly shows at Inferno Wood Fire Pizza, Ward Center, Honolulu in 2012 and 2013. (Hendrix, Page, flamenco, Brazilian)

I continue exploring, making discoveries on my Brazilian guitar. (will do so, probably, until I drop)
