Bio
Performance painter Patrick Hunter was born in Detroit, MI and later moved to Boise, ID after completing a Computer Science degree at the University of Michigan. While working as an engineer, Patrick began a part-time career as a performance painter in 2007. The combination of music, dance and painting provided the audience with a multidimensional artistic experience and this led to the founding of Patcasso Art in 2008.
Thousands have seen Patrick perform live either at concerts, churches, festivals and fundraising events. His portraits have included images such as Jesus, MLK, Sinatra, Michael Jackson, and Ray Charles across diverse genres of music. Patrick has helped raise thousands of dollars for non-profits and charitable causes through his live performance painting and have opened at events for Ben Stein, Snoop Dogg and baseball legend Reggie Jackson.
His client list includes Hewlett-Packard, Deloitte, Fishers, Davis Cup, Boise Chamber of Commerce, American Century Celebrity Golf Championship, Des Moines Partnership, NACME to name a few.
