Bio
Patrick Prout received his first guitar for Christmas when he was 16 years old, within only a couple of months he wrote his first song "Never Playin' Poker Again."
He had never taken lessons and taught himself how to play and now, at the age of 18, he has written several original songs.
He performed for the first time at an open mic night at a nightclub in his hometown of Kerrville, Texas earlier this year. So impressed with his talent, the owners of the club hired him to perform as a featured entertainer. "He can really pack a club," one club owner said.
He currently performs locally for clubs and organizations and was recently featured on a local radio station, Sunny 96.5.
He credits artists such as the Eli Young Band, Pat Green, Darius Rucker and Stoney LaRue for inspiration for his own personal style.
