Pat Riley

Pat Riley’s New American Music have been featured on hundreds of radio stations around the world. He began singing John Denver and Donnie Osmond songs at 6 years old and was later inspired by James Taylor, Merle Haggard, and others. He started formal music education in the 4th grade playing trumpet and by the 7th grade he was playing guitar and singing on stage at school shows for 2000+ people. He later studied music at the junior college level and continued his training by attending songwriting workshops at The National Academy of Songwriters for 2.5 years, and hosting/singing Karaoke for over 12 years. While teaching health class in junior high school, once each semester Pat would perform for ALL of his classes. The students found this to be a real treat. He remembers one student in particular saying, “Mr. Riley, you can sing, man you should be a singer, not a teacher” Well, fortunately for the last 8 years Pat has returned to doing what he loves most, writing, recording with some of the best players in the world, and performing original music. He now has 5 cd’s and is preparing 2 more. The last 3 cd’s were produced by Gary Carter, former Music Director of Faith Hill, Randy Travis and many others. Furthermore, Pat’s seeking further industry support in order to help him TOUR the world. If some other artist wants to perform his songs, that’s fine, but the goal remains the same: to have several of his songs become part of the popular music culture.
