+ MUSICIANS

KERTIS _Bass, Moog, Hohner
JARED _Guitar, Synthetics
SAM _Drums
MOAH _Keys

+ HISTORY

Paucity was formed by Kertis and Jarrid upon their departure from FKS. Sam was invited in a year later to play percussion from Veronica Speedwell. Moah replied to a flyer looking for keyboards or cellos and joined leaving his solo career. 6 months of study to their first show (visit website for dates of shows, www.paucity.us).

+ THEORY

The project is based on the instruments. After many unsuccessful auditions with vocalists, the project decided to stay instrumental with the possible exceptions of guest vocalists.

“Were we are de–vided in nomenclature, we are united in emotion.”

They concentrate on a highly developed live show in a manner of continuous presence. Developing “playbills” to go with each performance, as an audience favor. Always growing, this project focuses on writing and spends many hours in the studio under development.
