Baby's Eyes (Kissing Me)

Written By: P Deats/R Foster

My baby's eyes are kissing me from head to my feet.

I find it hard to speak when Baby's eyes are on me.

I may not be a beauty queen, but it don't mean a thing;

In Baby's eyes I feel that I'm made fit for a king.

Chorus

I love him more than I've ever known,

My lonely heart finally found a home.

My baby put a spell a me, most wickedly

But not against my will I found I fell willingly

and I make mistakes most famously

and too frequently. But Baby he won't hear a bad word said about me.

Chorus

I love him more and more and it shows, heaven knows;

never no more left to stand on my own.

Baby's eyes; they don't criticise,

and you won't see no lie come from my baby's eyes.

Years go by, my how time flies,

but you won't see a sign; time is kind to those eyes.

My baby's put a spell on me; I'm under him deep.

I feel the need to sleep, come baby; come lie with me.

Nobody Knows

Written By: P Deats/R Foster

The leaves up in the trees are blowing in a breeze,
Children in the street, are playing happily,
The hue and cry of people passing by,
A picture of health is life's longing for itself.

The sun is sitting high, birds are cutting through the sky,
Blue on blue, no cloud in view,
Picture the scene; green on the green,
All is heavenly, but not for me.....

Nobody knows how I feel,
Nobody knows why.

Those busy bees, a hubbub of activity
Birds soar, Car engines roar
Come night fall, their lights will flicker so
Making long shadows that strobe at my window

I'm all alone;
A piece of scenery, of mountain greenery
Mounted in a globe, you know you know the kind;
I'm paperweight still, frozen in time
My world is upside down, my life is thrown around me

But,
Nobody knows how I feel.
Nobody knows why.

Baby's Eyes (Deepest Blue)

Written By: Rachel Foster

Baby's eyes, deepest blue,

Diving in two deep blue pools,

They say love's a fool; but you can't pull the wool over my baby's eyes.

Some will laugh, some will cry,

Some are cruel and some will lie;

But I know what's right when I look in my baby's eyes

chorus.

I SEE CLEAR BLUE SKIES, IN BABY'S EYES. MY BABY'S EYES.

Sometimes, life can deal a wicked blow and leave you cold;

I feast my eyes on you; Baby's eyes they warm right through.

Come rain or shine that kind of light burns; bright in my baby's eyes

There's sun enough to warm me; nothing there to harm me.

They're the windows to the soul and I've seen the light;

OF A CLEAR BLUE SKY, IN BABY'S EYES. MY BABY'S EYES.

I see you, see me.... Baby's eyes; reflecting me.
