Paul Warren Erickson
Born: February 8, 1981
Paul Erickson's passion for music and love for the piano began at a young age. His
strength as a musician and his understanding of the expression of music has allowed
him to excell in his career. Writing music has been a strength and love. With some well
received piano compositions, Paul's career has begun. His music leans towards
romance, that of Rachmaninoff and Chopin, but his style is unique. The fundamentals
of his compositions do not just rely on one instrument but on the sounds of all
instruments and the sounds of the world in which we live.
The last 3 years, Paul Erickson has been writing music for films. Paul has composed
over 5 short film scores, including a film for a Franko Galoso, a film student academy
award nominee.
Paul Erickson will be releasing his first CD in collaboration with Joseph Wolstencroft
entitled Reflections of Hope. In this album, the pieces will contain a combination of
piano, orchestra and sounds of nature. Reflections of Hope contain the most relaxing,
romantic and passionate pieces you may have ever heard. Look for additional CD's in
the near future.
