Paul Hudson is a blues / rock musician bringing the basics back to the New York music scene. He’s nothing indie, he’s nothing underground. A child of Atlanta, Paul grew up in a world of southern rock, the blues and classic rock’n’roll. His influences range from the Allman Brothers Band to Eric Clapton, from the Grateful Dead to The Band, from Phish to the Rolling Stones, from Bela Fleck to David Grisman - the kind of soulful music that appeals to all ears.
A talent on both the keys and guitar, Paul moved to New York in January of 2005. He is currently performing in a trio with Mike Horan (drums) and Bert Stemmler (bass), singing original songs either recorded in Atlanta or written in New York.
