Paul Lowe, Jr.

Multi-Instrumentalist, singer/songwriter, producer, composer, Harvard student; Paul Lowe, Jr. is a true entertainer in the world of music. With over a decade under his belt, Lowe is no stranger to the music industry. An entrepreneur as well, Lowe is currently the president of Clef Masters Music Group, LLC.

A Connecticut native, Lowe began singing at the age of 4, playing piano at the age of 5, and playing tenor and soprano saxophone at the age of 9. Lowe began his professional career performing with his two younger siblings as the Young Jazee Vibes (YJV). YJV incorporated many styles into jazz including Swing, Dixieland, Big Band, BeBop, Gospel, Vocal, Hip Hop, Klezmer and Contemporary. During his career with YJV, Lowe recorded two albums and embarked on two national tours. Lowe was also accepted into Brown University while a member of YJV.

While a member of YJV, Lowe became a member of various jazz and composition organizations including but not limited to The American Federation of Jazz Societies, Connecticut Composers, Inc., Connecticut Songwriters Association, The Sidney Bechet Society, The Hartford Jazz Society and the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) all before the age of 18. To date, Lowe has over 100 copyrighted musical works.

Now in his twenties, Lowe has not only mastered the jazz genre, but has also added other genres to his musical roster including but not limited to Pop, R&B, Hip-Hop, Gospel, Neo-Soul, Cape Verdean Zouk, Reggae, and Reggaeton. Under Trinity Rhode Productions, Lowe released 2 albums and created the Blessed Trinity Radio Show, a radio show featuring the hottest in Gospel music. Lowe has also mastered other instruments as well, including alto saxophone, drums, organ, percussion, and trumpet. Lowe is currently a student at Harvard University.

Lowe has performed at many venues including BET’s 106 and Park, Sculler’s Jazz Club, Showcase Live at Patriot’s Place, and Providence Sound Session. Under Trinity Rhode Production, Lowe also created a mini concert series called “Sound Reach.”

Lowe has performed with various artists including Ludacris, KRS-One, LL Cool J, Slim of the group 112, Walter Beasley, John Pizzarelli, Irving Washington form the R & B Group Portrait, Chuck D of Public Enemy, Mr. Cheeks, and Cape Verde’s own Ferro Gaita.

Lowe recently released his debut mixtape entitled “Good or Evil” which is a smooth blend of an eclectic blend of R&B, Rock, Hip-Hop, and Jazz. It features production from Grand Hustle’s production team TrackSlayerz, and artists like Chachi Carvalho and Fly-C.
