We have our first Ep out called A Slight Imperfection. it is for sale on iTunes and snocap. Currently we have 5 songs recorded but are in the proses of getting all of our songs recorded. we will be releasing a 12-14 song album in the spring of 2008.

Pause 4 Effect has been a band since June of 2007. It started out as Nicolai Carrera's solo acoustic project but later extended to be much bigger. After going through one drummer and finally piecing together the band with the original drummer (Josh Anderson) of Nicolai's first project, Her First Kiss, Pause 4 Effect has been started. With the amazing guitar lines from Matt Skiffstad and the incredible low thump from Rob Melanson on the bass, the music works wonders with Nicolai Carrera's exceptional song writing.
This 4 Piece band Has been started out of true friendship and will remain that way for further years to come. The guy's dream is to be on top of the world and become one of the greatest alternative rock bands out there but also create great music. Music that is influential and has a meaning to those that listen. They want to be able to influence may new artists that are to emerge and also create a new original sound. Its tough to do that these days with so much music in the past and so much has been done but it is still possible to create that new sound.
Pause 4 Effect has released their first EP called a Slight imperfection which features their first drummer Jeremy Ueckert and is for sale on iTunes. Pause 4 Effect is ready to hit the studio ASAP. They have almost 12 complete songs and are wanting to record a 12-14 song album. They will be hitting up the studio starting Jan or Feb of 2008 and will be finished by spring of 2008.
