When Ruben Cortez [lead vocals/guitars] enlisted the help of three of his talented friends (Drew Crowther [Bass/Vocals], Ian Dwyer [Lead Guitar/Vocals], and Jason Hubbard [Drums/Percussion] from drastically different musical backgrounds to perform a concert in celebration of his very first EP, the chemistry and ease of playing together between the four of them was much too intriguing to ignore. After playing a few shows together in promotion of the EP and even finding themselves featured in their native Santa Barbara, CA as semi-finalists in a city wide Battle of the Bands with over 200 participants, it quickly became obvious that the quartet working together as a complete band would be a force to be reckoned with. Now anyone fortunate enough to see the newly named Pax Eterna (Latin for "Eternal Peace") can be left with a great show as well as melodies that will literally stay in their head for days.
