Bio
My name is pbrain, not James Brown. I still work very hard. Since 2007 I have played countless shows and shared the stage with rappers like Prince PO, DL Incognito - additionally the unique energy I have has allowed me to play with bands like Protest The Hero and Hostage Life.
The name comes from the reaction I usually get when I tell people I'm a rapper. It usually isn't very long before people see I'm the real deal. With a DIY work ethic and energy not commonly associated with rap I have been snowballing support throughout Canada and the States. I am certainly not worth ignoring unless you intend to be "that guy" who totally missed out on an amazing show or a sweet record.
I like to take my time and do things the old fashioned way. I like to work with my hands and build things. You will feel differently about rap after seeing me play.
