But not to be mistaken as a rookie just appearing in the spotlite. This overlooked South Carolina born and raised m.c elbowed his way inot the game with rap trio"The Knucka Headz" in 1997 at the age of 16. Tryffa later parted ways with the label and group to start his solos conquest. Taking only a passion and a drive to evolve as a artist along the way.

Now 13 years later, the Carolina Poet can look back at his 8 self released independent albums , and ghost writing credibility as growth in his craft. With a body of work that range from performing along the Southeast region(Pabst Blue Ribbon showcase in Charlotte , N.C/2006), and being heard on Atlanta's Hot 107.9 battlegrounds.
