I wouldn't be surprised if they made a TV show about Peanut Butter & Honey Toast, but if they did, the band might never get to see it. Just like a modern day "Partridge Family," Hans Henriksen and his three kids-- Wolf, Walker and Kimber,-- found a way to spend quality time together and a way to make practicing music more fun. As a family tradition, each of the Henriksen kids received an instrument for their 7th birthday. Walker, the youngest, wanted drums. This new addition allowed them to form their very own Christian rock family band. The family started practicing about a year ago when the family decided to sell their television in order to make room in their home for a new drum kit. Kimber, 13, who plays keyboard, baritone sax, tambourine and bassoon says, "If we had kept our television this never would have happened."
Wolf, 11, plays guitar. He adds, "Kill your television!"
Now they are practically professionals, and they're loadin' up for a gig at the World Famous Bob's Java Jive tonight with Paramita and others.

Dear Sir or Madam:
Peanut Butter & Honey Toast performed at Kelly’s Café and Espresso in December, 2006 at our Holiday Open House. Kelly’s Café and Espresso is a family owned business. Our café promotes a “family style” atmosphere while enjoying a heart healthy menu. We first met Hans and his children (Kimber, Wolf and Walker) while they dined at Kelly’s Café and Espresso. Within minutes it was obvious Peanut Butter & Honey Toast exemplified the same values and morals promoted at Kelly’s Café and Espresso. From a business perspective, Peanut Butter & Honey Toast was on time, courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. Entertainment was top notch. Our customers truly enjoyed the music and were completely amazed by the youthful talent. We look forward to booking future events with Peanut Butter & Honey Toast.
Sincerely,
Gene and Teresa Baker

To whom it may concern,
As a life long venue talent buyer and promoter what I look for in bands when considering them for a gig is the ability to effectively promote themselves along with their manner of professionalism before, during and after an event. I can truly say that I was impressed by Hans Henriksen and Peanut Butter & Honey Toast when given the opportunity to do a show with them this last winter. They brought fresh and fun energy to the show which is rare these days and I definitely recommend them for consideration of future concerts & events.
Best,

Bio
On a dark and stormy December night, 2004, three brave children decided to forgo the comfort provided by their television set and give it away to make room for a drum kit for their youngest brother. Their father, still delirious from a divorce, saw this as an opportunity to conduct a grand experiment in family bonding dynamics. From this macabre scene was born that unstoppable rock’n roll force: Peanut Butter & Honey Toast!
Drawing on his roots in classic rock'n roll, their father started working with them, creating with them, writing music with them, until as a family they turned into the sound machine they are today.
Throughout their corner of Washington people have rocked to their sound. From Hell’s Kitchen, to the World Famous Bob’s Java Jive; from Kelly's Cafe to The Old Fire House; from benefit shows on the Peninsula to grand opening celebrations, their fans have all said one thing: “You guys are fun!”
Now this group is ready to hit the road and share what Peanut Butter & Honey Toast is really all about, rock'n roll with a side order of fun. Order up!
