""No Homicide" Song Reviews"

great message which is moving..tyring to SAY something here and I always respect that.
Plus...the way the attitude comes off makes you seem really old school like Street Beats vol.2.
That gets big points too,
The idea behind this is way more important than the actual song.
it's comming along here....
this is more like a little piece of folk art more than a garageband submission.
this song is the kind of relic that the archeologists of the future, when our civilzation is long gone, will look at to understand us as a people.
what do you say to that?

Reviewed by: justindr660 from Tuebingen, California, Germany

Good Message!
This is a really good song. Good lyrics with a great message. Tight blend of salsa and rap, with a thumpin' hip-hop beat. There was a request for no comments on the production. The only constructive thing I would have to say is to pull the vocals back a nudge, and make the drums pump just a bit more. The producer in me makes me say that. But keep up the good work boys, you have something goin' on.

__________

PEANUTHEAD born in New York City has been involved in music since nutty young age of seven years old when he formed a singing group named The Junior Jackson’s (Jackson Five tribute group) in New York City at PS 75 located on the upper West Side of Manhattan. Coincidently Mr. Kline A.K.A Gene Simmons from the legendary rock band “KISS” taught at this public school and would attend the group’s shows after school.

At ten years old PEANUTHEAD was the lead vocalist of his school music club at Dora L. Small Elementary School in South Portland, Maine putting on a solo performance in front of the entire town of about 7,000 people.

For the next fifteen years PEANUTHEAD was in numerous garage bands that never really had any other committed members. But of course those were the teen years.

Re-Locating to South Florida in the mid 1990's PEANUTHEAD was asked to join a Rod Stewart tribute band called Hot Rod to fill in on drums/back up vocals. After only a handful of gigs PEANUTHEAD decided to move forward by writing, producing and performing original music. Writing and recording the first of many original songs in late 2002 called "Now I Know"

Aiming to ultimately obtain recording contracts. They are worthy of challenging Billboard Top 10 contenders. People have already started referring to them as the “NEXT BIG THING!" So book them, watch their performances and should you like what you see and hear… Grab the opportunity to sign one or all of them.

PEANUTHEAD loves performing on stage and is continuously writing, producing and performing music for the music loving public.

HERE ARE JUST A FEW ARTIST HIGHLIGHTS -

PEANUTHEAD nominated for “2003 Unsigned Songwriter of the Year" for his debute single "Now I Know" at the Big Time Talent & Awards Show. A Hill Girl Inc. production held at Mizner Park in Boca Raton, Florida.

In February 2003 PEANUTHEAD invited to participate in UPN 33’s "New Artist Profile" a TV program showcasing South Florida’s local & upcoming talent. PEANUTHEAD has produced and completed numerous tracks of all genres including Rock, Hip Hop, Rap, Dance, R&B and Movie/TV Soundtracks.

PEANUTHEAD and BeAtFrEaK got together in 2004 to release "No Homicide" a song that sends a positive message and debuted at number 3 on the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami Independent Mix Charts. It's a GREAT track and has been described as Urban Rap with a Latin/Hip Hop beat.

In January 2005, PEANUTHEAD created Funktional Beatz Productions. A small home based production company focusing not only on Music Production, but on Artist Promotion, CD Replication / Manufacturing, and Artist Development.

PEANUTHEAD the #1 artist for December 2007 and January 2008. Thats right, back to back #1's @ Incrediblemp3.com

PEANUTHEAD performed at the 2008 VANS WARPED TOUR in Miami to a crowd of thousands on the KIA Kevin Says Stage. The stage was the 2nd biggest stage during the summer tour.

PEANUTHEAD was selected by the 2009 Urban Music Awards as a finalist in search of "America's Next Urban Superstar"
