A girl named Pearls who liked the darker, wilder side of life, spent her whole life singing. It seemed like music was her one pure joy. And boy was she eclectic! She listened and sang everything from Ska to Classical, Jazz to Punk, Country to Metal, and Rockabilly to Gospel. She really got into things like ballroom dance, hot rods & hearses, vintage clothes & furniture, tattoos, cowboys, pinups, hairspray, PBR, zombies, and hard liquor. She
found herself among the Rockabilly & Psychobilly scenes of Chicago, supporting her friends that were onstage, but always hoping she’d be in the spotlight one day.
She yearned for the twang and the honky tonk
only a lap steel could fulfill. The intra-net god brought Mr. Buster Flatts – a multi-instrument playin’ drifter from Canada. Buster
was Pearls right hand man! He and Pearls composed some amazing ballads and rockin tunes. Big Bad Timmy Loftus stepped into the picture with his honky tonkin' rhythm guitar line, Chris Wolf swooped in as the lean mean slap bass machine, and Sheriff George kept the whole outfit together with his driving snare line.
