Bio
Like some sort of modern wizard, PECKER fuses acoustic guitar,
scratching, acid electronica, stimulating mixes of lounge music and
hip hop and indietronica with rocking riffs. And all of that while
orbiting around lyrics that avoid cliches and give us an insight into
his own personal language.
In 2004 PECKER published his debut album, "Diez y 1 galaxia". His long-awaited second LP arrived under the title "2 y las nadadoras"and produced by The Pinker Tones, the Spanish magicians of organic electronica.
In Pecker´s record collection albums by Beck, The Streets, Belle & Sebastian,
Moby, The Housemartins, Beastie Boys, Air, Jorge Drexler, Jamiroquai and LCD
Soundsystem hint at the sparks that have flown out of his studio but never
threaten to submerge Pecker's own unique identity.
Without a doubt, Pecker is here to conquer and seduce an audience
crying out for good songs. 2 Y LAS NADADORAS is an album that combines the
concept of the modern musician as cultural dilettante with radio friendly
catchy melodies.
