5 Studio recorded CDs include, Pecos River Blues, Where the Eagle Meets the Chief, On Track & Swinging, Winter Wonderland, and What a Wonderful World. These were recorded between 2002-2005. We recorded one live CD, Continental Divide in 2006. We recorded one live DVD in 2003. A few radio stations around the world have played our music from Minneapolis, Dallas, BBC Nottingham and Australia.

Pecos River Brass is a semi-pro "community" band, made up of men and women of all walks of life, some pro musicians, and some with other day jobs from teachers to engineers. We are influenced by the Big Band "Revival" era of the 1960s, and still believe in melody, harmony and rhythm. We are a mainstream group. We have some of the best soloists in the Dallas area, and 12 of the members have been with the band for over 3 years, 4 since the beginning in 2000. We write most of our own arrangments of Gershwin, Porter, Ellington, Mercer and many others, so that are material is fresh, not 50 year old stocks, and so that we have our own identity from any of the other many big bands like ours around the world. We rehearse every week, even if we don't have any gigs on the horizon, because we just love to play our music.
